    Refund Policy

    We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects.

    Customers are required to inspect the product at the time of delivery and sign the Proof of Delivery (POD) after verifying that the item is in proper condition.

    To initiate a return, the product must be unused, untampered with, and in its original packaging.

    Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or process the refund accordingly.

    Please note:

    • Returns will not be accepted for used or tampered products
    • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained
    • NO Cancellation once order is placed
    • Shipping & handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

    Damages and issues
